2023 has been a journey of growth, innovation, and exceptional achievements for Xwatch, and it’s a pleasure to share our collective accomplishments with you all as we close another remarkable year.
We celebrated a major milestone this year, having installed our 4000th system onto an M&J Evans machine by GJ Plant. This landmark achievement underlines our solid commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of safety systems.
Our journey this year took us across continents – Australia, America, and Europe – where we dedicated ourselves to training and educating new companies about the benefits and the safety capabilities of the Xwatch suite of safety systems. These efforts have not only expanded our global footprint but have also reinforced our reputation as a leader in safety solutions.
I am also happy to share that Xwatch Safety Solutions has set a new benchmark in installation training. Our team has trained a significant number of engineers from our dealer network, including key partners like OnGrade Machine Control, Plantforce, MDiG, Marubeni-Komatsu, and Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK). This initiative, integral to our strategy, allows our dealers to install our systems with their in-house engineers, with enhanced efficiency and expertise.
Adding to our list of achievements, we led one-day operator training events for many customers across the UK including at an HS2 Ltd site for teams from Balfour Beatty and Synergy Hire. These hands-on sessions ensured that operators were proficient in managing Xwatch systems effectively on-site.
A landmark collaboration this year was with Leica Geosystems, resulting in the creation of the 3D avoidance system solution integrated with the Leica MC1 tablet. This innovation not only won a prestigious TechFest Award but also demonstrated our commitment to pioneering solutions in partnership with Flannery Plant Hire and Kier Group.
Our collaboration with industry leaders such as Flannery Plant Hire, Explore Plant Hire, Lynch Plant, Plantforce, and many OEMs, including Hitachi, has been stronger than ever. Their support and advocacy have been instrumental in integrating our systems as a standard by many in the industry.
This year, we expanded our team with more engineers and introduced new systems, continually driving innovation. This progress wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of our customers and the dedication of our people, particularly our fantastic design and technical team, customer support team, installation engineers, and Jemma our 'front of house', who are the backbone of Xwatch.
Looking ahead to 2024, we are excited about the prospects and challenges that lie in front of us. I extend my warm gratitude to everyone who has been part of our journey from the very start. Your commitment and support have been the pillars of our success. We hope you enjoy our winter newsletter - please do get in touch if you would like to be featured in a future newsletter.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy, and prosperous 2024.
